NoScam is a scam detection application that analyzes phone calls, SMS messages, WhatsApp messages, Telegram messages, and voicemails from unknown numbers to identify potential scams. All processing occurs on your device.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use NoScam. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of NoScam, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

5. Subscription and Payments

Free Plan: Basic features are available at no cost.

Pro Plan: Premium features are available via subscription at $7.99/month or $59/year.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime through your app store
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

6. Founding User Program

Users who sign up before public launch may receive:

• 3 months free Pro trial
• Early access to new features
• Opportunity to provide product feedback

These benefits are subject to change and offered at our discretion.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer the application
• Interfere with the Service's operation
• Share your account with others
• Use the Service to harm or harass others

8. Limitations

NoScam is designed to help detect scams, but:

• We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy
• Some scams may not be detected
• Some legitimate communications may be flagged
• The Service is not a substitute for personal judgment

You are ultimately responsible for your own decisions regarding calls and messages.

10. Intellectual Property

NoScam and its content, features, and functionality are owned by NoScam and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoScam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NoScam from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
